This Privacy Policy explains how RITAJAD LLC ("BillZino", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use billzino.com and the BillZino invoicing tool.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly:

  • Account information — your name and email address when you sign up.
  • Invoice content — the client names, company details, line items, and amounts you enter into your invoices, so your dashboard can display them back to you.
  • Uploaded assets — logos, signatures, and stamp images you add to your invoices.
  • Basic usage data — things like your theme preference, stored locally in your browser so the site remembers it.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to operate BillZino: rendering your invoices, keeping your dashboard accurate, and responding when you contact support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your client list for marketing.

3. What we don't collect

BillZino does not process payments. We never ask for, collect, or store your clients' card numbers, bank details, or any other payment credentials — invoices are settled directly between you and your client, however you've arranged it.

4. Data storage & security

Your account and invoice data are stored on infrastructure we manage with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use minimal, functional local storage — for example, to remember your light/dark theme preference. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on billzino.com. See our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing support@billzino.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let account holders know.
