Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of billzino.com and the BillZino invoicing tool, operated by RITAJAD LLC ("BillZino", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using BillZino, you agree to these Terms.

1. What BillZino is

BillZino is a digital invoicing software service — templates, a live invoice builder, and a dashboard that shows what's paid, pending, or overdue. It is delivered entirely online; there is no physical product, shipping, or physical returns. BillZino is not a payment processor: we don't process payments, move money, hold funds, extend credit, or sit between you and your clients, and we don't offer investment services, gambling, cryptocurrency, adult content, or money transmission of any kind. You and your clients settle payment directly, using whatever method you've already agreed on.

2. Accounts

You need an account to save invoices and use the dashboard. Access begins once your account and payment (if applicable) are activated. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans & billing

BillZino offers a free plan and paid plans (Startup and Business, priced in USD) billed monthly. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@billzino.com — cancellation stops future renewals, and you'll keep access through the end of the current billing period. Card details are entered and handled directly by our payment provider; RITAJAD LLC does not see or store your card number. See our Refund Policy for how refund requests on a first payment are handled.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use BillZino to send fraudulent invoices, impersonate someone else, or violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the logos, signatures, client data, and invoice content you upload or enter. You're responsible for having the right to use anything you upload — we don't review invoice content before it's created.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

BillZino is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for disputes between you and your clients over payment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RITAJAD LLC's liability for any claim relating to BillZino is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You can stop using BillZino at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Sanctions & prohibited jurisdictions

You may not access or use BillZino if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, a country or region subject to U.S. government sanctions or trade embargoes, or if you are listed on any U.S. government denied-party or restricted-party list. You're responsible for complying with the export control and sanctions laws that apply to you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
